Reviews and Photos You Can Check Before You Book

You can check PDR 360’s work before you book. Read Google reviews from our customers, then look through the dent repair before and after photos from finished repairs.

After the repair, the reflections should run straight across the repaired area. Juan can point out anything that remains.

A fair before and after photo uses the same angle and light for both shots. That makes the dent and the result easy to compare.

Visit the shop

Visit Our Riviera Beach Shop by Appointment

We repair car dents at our Riviera Beach shop in Palm Beach County. Juan inspects the damage, tells you whether PDR will work and gives you the timeframe for the repair. Shop hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. By appointment only.

Your free dent repair estimate happens in person at the shop. Photos sent through the form let Juan say whether PDR is likely to work, and the shop follows up to book your visit.

See the shop hours and directions before you drive over, or get directions on Google Maps.

Before your appointment, a few small steps make the inspection faster:

  • Keep the car clean, since dirt hides shallow dents
  • Note when and how the damage happened, which matters if you plan to file an insurance claim
  • If you send photos through the form, take them in daylight so the dent shows

PDR vs. body shop

How Paintless Repair Compares With a Body Shop

Paintless dent repair keeps your car’s original factory paint, while a body shop repair sands, fills and repaints the damaged panel.

A repainted panel can differ in color or texture from the rest of the car in direct sun. A repaint can also be recorded on a vehicle history report, though no shop can promise what a specific report shows. Avoiding a repaint also helps protect resale value.

PDR does not remove or repaint panels. That usually avoids the sensor recalibration a repaint or panel replacement can trigger on cars with driver-assistance systems (ADAS).

Juan looks at every dent and the paint at the free estimate and explains the options. Read more on when a dent needs body work.

How it works

How Paintless Dent Removal Works, Step by Step

In paintless dent removal, Juan works the dent out from behind the panel with metal rods. Where there is no rear access, glue tabs pull it from the front. An LED line board shows the shape of the dent throughout. Read more on how paintless dent repair works.

Repair time depends on how many dents there are, how deep they sit and whether the panel is steel or aluminum. Juan gives you the timeframe at the inspection.

  1. Inspect the damage

Juan checks the paint, the size and depth of each dent, and whether it sits near a body line or edge.

  2. Choose the method

Juan picks rods or glue tabs based on access behind the panel and where the dent sits.

  3. Read the dent

The LED line board reflects a pattern of lines across the panel. Bends in those lines show where the metal sits high or low.

  4. Work the metal

Small, controlled pushes bring the metal back toward its original shape, and tap-down tools level any high spots.

  5. Check the result

Juan rechecks the panel from several angles under the line board before the car goes back to you.

Luxury and exotic

Luxury, Exotic and Classic Cars

We repair luxury and exotic cars with the same paintless method used on every car. Nothing is sanded or repainted, so there is no color match to get right on a high-value finish.

Many of these cars use aluminum on the hood, fenders or doors. Aluminum takes more skill and time to repair than steel, so Juan checks the metal before he starts. Carbon fiber and composite panels cannot be repaired this way.

Sculpted body lines get read on the LED line board, and Juan works only the damaged area. If the car has paint protection film, a wrap or a ceramic coating, say so when you book; Juan plans the repair around it. See luxury and exotic car dent repair.

Insurance

Using Insurance for a Dent Repair

Hail damage is typically a comprehensive claim, which in most policies is not a fault-based claim. Other dents may fall under comprehensive or collision coverage. Whether your claim is covered, and what your deductible is, depends on your policy and how the damage happened.

PDR 360 can prepare an estimate for you to submit to your insurer. You file the claim and talk with the insurer yourself; if you already have a claim number or the adjuster’s estimate, bring them to the appointment.

A claim pays nothing when the repair costs less than your deductible, so compare the free estimate with your deductible before you file. Ask your insurer how your policy handles choosing a repair shop.

Read about dent repair insurance claims, or find deductible and cost answers in the paintless dent repair FAQ.

Service areas

Drivers Come From Across South Florida

Drivers from Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties visit the Riviera Beach shop by appointment, and every repair is done there. Start with your city below for the route to the shop and local details. The full list is under areas we serve.

How does paintless dent repair compare with traditional body repair?

Paintless dent repair works the metal back into shape without sanding, filler or a repaint. Traditional body repair sands, fills and repaints the panel. PDR avoids color matching and leaves no repainted panel to stand out in the sun. Juan checks the paint and the metal at the free estimate. See how paintless dent repair works for the full process.

What dent repair services does PDR 360 offer?

PDR 360 offers paintless dent repair in Palm Beach County for door dings, hail damage, and bumper, hood and fender dents. The shop also repairs motorcycle gas tank dents, Tesla and aluminum panels, and luxury and exotic cars. PDR 360 can prepare an estimate for you to submit to your insurer, and Juan looks at every dent, including damaged paint, at the free estimate. The full list is on the dent repair services page.

Do I need an appointment for dent repair?

Yes. PDR 360 works by appointment only, and every repair is done at our Riviera Beach shop. Drivers from Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties visit the shop. Juan inspects your car and gives you the timeframe at the appointment. To book, call 561-701-3318 or request a free estimate through the form, then visit our Riviera Beach shop.

When does a dent need a body shop instead of paintless repair?

Bring the car to the shop first. Cracked, chipped or peeling paint does not rule a car out, and PDR 360 repairs plastic bumpers as well as metal panels. PDR 360 does not paint, fill or replace panels, and Juan looks at every dent at the free estimate and explains the options. Read what happens when a dent needs body work.
