Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions cover how to use the PDR 360 website, what to expect from a free estimate and where our liability ends.
Using This Website
You may use this website to learn about paintless dent repair, view our photos and reviews, and ask for a free estimate. By using it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.
This website belongs to PDR 360 Paintless Dent Removal (“PDR 360,” “we” or “us”), a paintless dent repair shop in Riviera Beach, FL. It includes the PDR 360 home page and every page under it. We may change the site or these terms at any time, and the version posted here applies when you visit.
Our text, photos, videos, logos and page designs belong to PDR 360 or are used with permission. You may view a page and share its link for personal use. Copying our content for another business or website requires our written permission.
When you use the site, you agree to the following:
- Give accurate contact and vehicle details when you complete a form.
- Send only photos that you took yourself or have the right to share.
- Do not send spam, harmful code, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
- Do not interfere with the site, its security tools or its forms, and do not copy or republish its content in bulk.
Estimates and Repair Results
An estimate from PDR 360 is the technician’s assessment of your dent, not a promise of a particular result. Results depend on the dent, panel and paint, and only an in-person inspection at the shop confirms what paintless dent repair can fix.
The free estimate form lets you send photos for a first look. Photos hide depth, creases and paint condition, so the estimate itself is given only after the technician sees your vehicle in person at the shop.
Nothing on this website promises that your dent qualifies for paintless repair. That depends on the paint, the shape of the metal and whether a tool or glue tab can reach the dent. The technician checks each of these at the inspection and explains the options. We do not paint, fill or replace panels.
If your damage falls outside what PDR can fix, the technician tells you at the inspection. We begin work on your vehicle only after you agree to it.
The timeframe for a repair is given at the inspection. It can change if the technician finds more damage, an earlier repair, or a panel that needs extra time, such as aluminum.
If you file an insurance claim, whether it is covered and what your deductible is depend on your policy and how the damage happened. Your insurer decides coverage, not PDR 360, and the choice of repair shop is yours.
Tell the technician about earlier repairs or paint work, and ask about anything unclear before you approve the work. Our frequently asked questions cover the most common concerns.
If the shop gives you separate written terms for your repair, those terms apply to that repair. If they differ from this page, the written terms for your repair control.
Limits of Liability and Governing Law
To the extent Florida law allows, PDR 360 is not liable for losses from using this website or relying on its general information.
The site and its content are provided as is and as available, without promises of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the information accurate, but it may not always be current, complete or error-free. The site may also be unavailable at times.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that Florida law does not allow to be limited, or removes rights that you cannot lawfully waive. Liability for work on your vehicle follows any written terms for that repair and Florida law, not this section.
