Privacy Policy

This website collects what you send through its forms, the photos you attach to an estimate request and technical data about how the site is used. It does not collect payment card details, because the site does not take payments.

You decide what to send us. Each part of the site collects the following:

• Estimate form: your name, phone number and email address, your vehicle’s year, make and model, and the message you write about the damage. This applies to the free estimate form and any other form on the site.
• Photos: pictures you upload to show the damage. They can also show a license plate, your driveway or people nearby. A phone may also store the date, time and location inside the photo file. Crop out anything you do not want us to see. Turn off location tagging in your camera settings if you do not want the photo’s location stored.
• Phone calls: this site records only that a phone link was selected, not the call itself.
• Site usage: Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you reached the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. It also records actions such as sending the form or selecting a phone link. Analytics uses cookies, which are small files saved in your browser. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors scroll, click and move through pages as heatmaps and session replays, with typed form entries masked.
• Security and server logs: our website host and the Wordfence security plugin keep logs. These can include your device’s internet address, browser details and requested pages. The logs let us block attacks and fix errors.
• Google and Cloudflare content: the Reviews page shows Google reviews loaded from Google, the Contact page offers Google map directions, and the forms run a Cloudflare Turnstile check. These services can receive your device’s internet address and browser details when their content loads.
